Silicon Nitride exhibits exceptional thermal shock resistance and dimensional stability, eliminating the clogging and burning issues common in metal heating elements. The low thermal expansion coefficient (3.2 × 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹) ensures the heating element maintains precise tolerances and uniform contact with botanical essence, optimizing heat transfer efficiency and preventing the formation of carbonized residue that leads to clogging and performance degradation.

Leak Prevention Engineering

Our Silicon Nitride heating chamber features precision-engineered sealing surfaces with tolerances of ±0.05mm, creating hermetic vapor pathways that prevent botanical essence leakage.
