Datsun Go Plus
The Datsun Go Plus comes from Datsun India, the subsidiary of the Japanese auto manufacturer and it is expected to come in the final quarter of 2015. The company only has 1 hatchback in India at present. The sub 4-meter MPV will be fitted with a 1.2-litre petrol engine and has 1198cc displacement capacity. It can produce a peak power of 67bhp and a maximum torque of around 104Nm. The engine will be mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox and can return a mileage in the 17 – 19 kmpl range. It will be unleashed at any time between February and March 2015 and will be priced at around 5 lakh INR.
Wagon R 7 Seater MPV
The car was first launched at the Indonesia International Motor Show’13. The car will not have any changes in its ground clearance although the interior cabin is set to come with more space and higher seats. The car will arrive sometime in the second half of 2015 and will cost around 5 lakh INR. It will come in the sub-4 meter MPV segment and is anticipated to be very popular in India.
